Our
client is looking for a south Austin modern condex (austin modern condo that lives
like a single family home) or single family home with minimum 3 beds, 2 baths,
at least one car garage with small private back yard. Property should be newer
construction and not south of Oltorf. Looking for 1400 - 2000 sf. Client has seen
everything on market in recent months and quality of most of them are below par.
Looking for exceptionally well built home that is also unique in architecture
and design. Prefer 4 or 5 star green home. Many of the Austin modern homes we
have looked at just don't hit the mark. Looking in $400k - $600k range. (Actually,
we have multiple clients looking for something to fit this bill.)
Our
clients are looking for a Davenport, north 8E or west-West Lake Hills Austin Luxury
home. Will
consider Cat Mountain lower 1A area as well as Tarrytown. Must be within Loop
360. Minimum 3 beds with an office. Maximimu 4 beds
just because they are not wanting a massively large home. A pool is a must. Views
are important. Not looking to be squished up too close next to neighboring homes.
We've considered everything on the Austin MLS. The house must be in great condition
not cheaply built or run down. Walking distance to something like Davenport Village
is a plus. Master down is a plus. Looking in $600k - $800k range. abn
Our client is looking for a new construction or to-be-built Austin modern home
in west Austin, preferably in Eanes ISD. Need at least 5 bedrooms and a pool is
a must. Austin contemporary or Texas contemporary is fine. Must be better construction
than recent contemporary solds in Barton Creek (you know which ones I'm talking
about!) Doesn't have to be newer construction but do not want to mess with maintenance
on older homes. Will consider as far out as Spanish Oaks. Looking in $1.2mil -
$1.6mil range. scr
Our clients are looking for a late-vintage post modern atomic ranch or Austin
modern home. Executive couple looking to be close in and looking for second home
property. Considered Delwood but wasn't crazy about east Austin. Don't mind a
small interior project for an Austin home with good bones, but don't want to add-square
footage...too much hassle. Looking for minimum 3 beds 2 baths, minimum 2500 sf
with a pool. Would like to be within a mile of shops or coffee shops. Favorite
neighborhoods so far are Zilker, Barton Springs, Travis Heights, etc. Looking

Our client is an empty nester looking for a small luxury Austin modern home in
a desirable close in area with multi-car showroom garage. This one has to be spectacular
and private with plenty of space and views are a plus. A pool is an absolute must.
Two or three bedrooms is plenty. We've seen plenty of great Austin modern homes
but some of them were too massively large and others just not quite on the mark.
Think Four Seasons luxury (or, achem, W Hotel luxury) with privacy and serenity.
Looking for an Austin modern home with exterior space to entertain executives.
This Austin modern home must have either the perfect space to add-on a garage
or already have a 4+ showroom-style garage to showcase private car collection.

The one that got away was Dick Clark's 4908 Paraiso Parkway. Looking up to $2mil.

at Apache Shores -- which is a shame and I can't quite figure out, hey builders,
