Broker agent splits are a competitive 80/20 split with low annual caps then 100% after reaching the annual cap. No extra fees for E&O and no monthly or annual fees. We are a small company looking to grow to no more than about 20 full-time agents. We are keeping our split super-competitive so we can recruit Austin's highest quality agents.
