About Sabine on 5th Condos

Sabine on 5th Condos, recently renovated and are located on Waller Creek in the cener of the East 6th Street Entertanment District between 5th Street and 6th Street. This is a very cool location and the Sabine condos have some of the best views of downtown especially from the north west corner of the building. The finishes are edgy but on the boring side, the kitchens have really nice Silestone counters but then the cabinets are, well, basically builder grade. All the walls and bathroom tiles are white and all the floors (except a few) are light-acid washed not as much pizazz or urban design as I'd like to see, but still the units are clean, cool, have tons of light and will make awesome downtown homes or getaways, especially at auction prices.

Sabine on 5th Condos Amenities are a little on the low side compared to other downtown Austin condos. Parking is in the commercial lot right next to the residence building. There is no workout gym, no dog runs, no swimming pool, no roof top deck, none of the luxury ameneities offered at other luxury downtown Austin condo project. Of course the HOA monthly dues are lower over all to compensate. HOA dues, at the time of writing this, are about 32 to 34 cents per square foot with parking included...or 24.77 cents without parking included.

Sabine on 5th Condos are located adjacent to the Red River District, with 3 blocks of live music venues and are close to the famous 2nd Street District with its eclectic array of restaurants, unusual shops, outdoor cafes, art films, museums and outdoor activities in the nearby Town Lake complex. You can see Esther's Follys from some of the top floors...hey, that's cool.
