Condos has changed course and is currently planned to be 3 buildings built
in three different stages. The condos will be built after the hotel portion of
the project which will be a 16 story 243 room luxury art-themed hotel. A 49 story
21c condo tower will follow later. A third commercial tower is also in the works.
21c Condos will include retail, shopping, spa, pool, gym, underground parking,
restaurants, light commercial, and will include its very own museum to anchor
the modern art theme of the entrire 21c concept.
21c Condos Location is in the east part of downtown Austin on Waller Creek.
21c Hotel and Condos will be the residential and commercial anchor for the newly
developed Austin "riverwalk" which will give downtown Austin a smaller
version of San Antonio's Riverwalk district. Austin's version will be off of Waller
