This place is seriously smoking hot. It’s private, light bright and killer cool. Nothing else like it on the makret right now. 5 minutes to UT. 2 minutes to Dell Children’s hospital. You can look and look and look but you will not find anything close to this in style and location for the money. I promise you. This Austin modern home is elegant, clean, open and sophisticated. And totally private. The main living area has a sliding glass wall that opens to the private green creek area in back…it’s like being in a tree-house, in a good way. Relax or party on the backyard deck! This will not last.

Blog Post - Austin Eanes ISD Home Sales UP 19% YTD’10 vs YTD’09

The volume of home sale in Eanes ISD in west Austin has increased this year 19% vs the same year-to-date period last year.   How is the Eanes ISD real estate luxury market doing in comparison? Even better.  YTD there has been a 28% increase in Eanes ISD home sales listed over $1,000,000.  The price paid per square foot for luxury Eanes ISD homes YTD10 vs same period YTD09 also increased 4%.   Does this mean that the Austin real estate market has bounced off the bottom?  Possibly so.  If you are looking for a historically good deal, I wouldn’t wait too much longer!
